Does exactly what’s it intended to, but with a USB 3.0 external hard drive, I expected faster than 50mb/s read and write speeds. May be a limitation of the drive rather than the adapter though.

I love these little guys and they make it super convenient to convert USB-A to USB-C. I think the thing that stands out the most with these are that they are able to be plugged in side by side in a MacBook Pro. The quality is very nice, which is to be expected from Anker, just be careful not to lose them!

Had Tesla support come out to fix the rear seat charge ports. They verified they were ok. Suggested using iPhone adapters. That worked .

Instead of buying/using a dangling dongle, these adaptors can help make connecting USBs to to MacBooks a lot easier, in many cases, by adapting the cable instead of the port. Ive been using them and theyre flawless and really streamline connectivity in most cases.

Very sturdy USB C Adapter. You can get cheaper ones. This one is solid and is going to last.

This is a well built adapter and has an indicator LED to show that its connected.

We just bought a new MacBook air and didnt realize that they now come with two USB 3 ports and earphone jack, so....... everything we had that was USB 2/ Of course Apple does not include an adapter with the computer. Fortunately found these in a two pack and are sized to fit side by side at the same time. They are basically a small bob much smaller than the more expensive Apple adapter which is a pigtail design and oh and did I say they come in a two pack? I keep them in my SSD case when not used but they are so compact that you can just as easily leave them attached to the cable of whatever external device you frequently use.
