With everything switching to USB-C, these converters are an essential tool to have. I use them when connecting to old external hard drives and for connecting usb sticks to use on 3D printers and CNC machines at my school. They’re portable, and easily fit inside a backpack pocket and the quality feels amazing. It’s metal and sturdy and it’s just a secure fit.

Nothing much to say except that these adapters work and look well-constructed.

These work, I like the light. They seem durable. Good value. I have several different accessories from this brand and they’ve all held up.

These adapters did not work with new USB cords ... the latest in a number of failed Anker products. Returned to Amazon.

If you accidentally knock these with anything then theyll snap right in half. Not very strong at all.

There are other brands out there that will probably be cheaper but none will provide that reliability like Anker will. I was pleasantly surprised at how small of a footprint this adapter leaves on my 14 M1 MacBook Pro. Another thing to note is that this adapter supports 2.4Ghz products such as the unifying receiver for my MX Keys and MX master. I carry these everywhere with me in my backpack and I prefer to use these instead of the ports of my Inland USB C Hub as the response of my products is much faster. I highly recommend.

Does exactly what it says. Plugged a usb drive into a usb-c slot with no issues.
