> 3 dayHave owned several Anker products over the years. The cables never seem to last more than a year. Sometimes less. That said, customer service is top notch. Two of my cables broke less than a week apart after less than a year and Celine, an Anker customer service rep, was able to get me two new cables fairly quickly. She was attentive and even checked back in with me after they were delivered to make sure I was happy.
