Like others have said, this blade doesnt cut well. It kept grabbing and pulling my dogs hair, but not cutting it. I put on my old 7FC and it cut just fine, so its definitely this blade. The 4FC doesnt look like the one in the ad, but it does look like like the letters on my 7FC, an outline instead of solid black letters. I waited too long to try out this blade and now the return window is gone. I looked at the teeth, and they were moving, but they werent lined up evenly. After I saw that my 7FC was cutting fine, I put this one back on and tried again and then noticed it was only cutting hair on one side. But it was useless because the other side kept getting stuck in her hair.

This clipper head works very well. Weve rescued 2 dogs and at $30 to $40 for each grooming we can use the money we save by doing it ourselves on shots and spaying for them. This head gives a puppy cut all over.

No. This was supposed to be new. It arrived in a plastic snap shut package, not sealed. But it looked clean so I tried it. My dog was washed, dried and brushed. The blade that came with my clippers (Andis AGR+ they work great!) cut easily through his hair, but when I snapped on this 4 FC no cut, just pulled his hair. Had to do his entire cut with the blade that came with my clippers. So while this blade is inexpensive, it’s a total waste, since it doesn’t function. *theres a note on the package that I can send it to be sharpened. Why would anyone pay postage and wait to have a brand new blade sharpened? Obviously it needs to be sent sharp and ready to use.
