Absolutely love this bag. I get comments about it everywhere I go!! It’s super cute, trendy, holds my stuff well. I never loved a luggage so much.

Used for the first time - and when we went to open the luggage - the handle pull fell right off. So disappointing after spending all this money on a suitcase. We purchased on 4/18/23, went on vacation on 4/21. Zipper pull was broken on 4/28. Now we are about to figure out how well this warranty works.

This luggage is absolutely beautiful. It is definitely a show stopper. EVERYONE compliments and asks about it Everywhere I go. I literally have had people try to buy it from me in the airport lol. I am a traveling nurse so it sees lots of air time. Has held up wonderful

I do wish that the carry-on suitcase was expandable but it still was Spacious besides that I really don’t have any complaints for the first time ever I am very pleased with the product kudos to heys

Love this , it spins well, has a separate compartment and is easy to spot.

It’s beautiful in person and easy to organize. Only issue is there’s no clip for hanging clothes (minus 1 star).

I took this suitcase on a week long bus trip to Atlantic City. I stayed at 3 different hotels on this trip and it traveled well walking the miles on the boardwalk. It pushes effortlessly even when I over packed it haha! One hotel had no ramp or elevator so I had to pull it up and take it down 2 flights of stairs. That was a little rough but even with all the bouncing, the wheels kept up perfectly and no damage! I did purchase a plastic suitcase protector on Amazon for this suitcase to prevent scratching and I would highly suggest you find one too, to keep your holographic detailing looking new! I love this suitcase, its very roomy inside with a zipper paneling inside that separates your clothes from your accessories/whatever else you pack. Its light weight when it is empty. Im planning on getting my mother a purple one for the holidays this year so, YES, I love this suitcase and highly suggest it!

Beautiful suitcase set!! I was looking for a brand new stylish suitcase set, and I found this one. It’s very pretty and sturdy in person, has lots of space and different compartments inside the suitcase.
