> 3 dayUpgraded from a Ryzen 7 3700x, and gotta say I see a huge difference in performance when gaming. The Ryzen 7 3700x had slight issues keeping up with gaming, and streaming.

> 3 dayImpossible de démarrer le nouveau PC avec ce Ryzen 5900X. Jai aussi essayé avec un Ryzen 5800X, même chose : pas daffichage, pas de démarrage. La LED CPU sallume en rouge (voir photo). Essayé avec 3 cartes mères dont 2 identiques, 2 cartes graphiques différentes, 2 alimentations différentes, 2 jeux de RAM différents. Pas daffichage.

> 3 dayGlad I went with the 5900X, nothing but a great experience, and by far the fastest computer I have ever had.

> 3 dayI liked how easy to install it was. Had a Lil trouble with the thermal paste getting into the pin sockets from removing my 3600x, but other than that, works great, and is even better than I wouldve thought. Never had any issues gaming, or being used for programming

01-11-2024Last year I built my first AMD system in over a decade with a 3900x. Loved it and was very happy with it. Didnt think I would be upgrading my primary workstation again for a while. After transitioning to working from home and adding VMs to handle my work, I upgraded to 64GB of RAM. The 3900x wasnt able to handle my memory overclock anymore. Im hoping the 5900x will have better luck in that regard. So far I did a fresh BIOS update then ran both stock for stock. 5900x picked up 1700 points in Cinebench r20. So Im excited to see what it can do when I tweak it a bit.
