Amazing cpu for the price , works great with my rtx 3080 can keep up very well and with great speeds and performance.

Ryzen 7 5800X is really a powerful processor but if you want to operate your PC using this processor you will need a dedicated graphics card, it doesnt if the dedicated graphics card is weak or strong. This processor doesnt come with integrated graphics due to with the motherboards HDMI port wont work and your PC wont turn on. So you need a dedicated graphics card.

I paid retail with amazon, wish they would let that happen with the GPUs. wasnt even looking, just woke up 5:am looked at my streaming pc there it was for purchase. good luck

Little rough start but ASUS users be aware. Some of the BIOS needs a Downgrade or it won’t boot. But I got it up to work and computer is happy. be aware before using this CPU.

Probably wont get better bang for the buck.

One of the best CPU I purchased. I switched from Intel to AMD due to price and now AMD is on top. Good choice.

HAD PROS CHECK IT OUT AND THEY SAID IT WAS THE CHIP..CPU

It is a hot running CPU for the most part. Ram speed is below normal on this unit. My 1800x results for ram crushes this 5800x. There seems to be a write issue with this series until you dump your wallet and go with a 5900x or a 5950x model. Then your write speed magically corrects to the correct results. More cache and split die makes it work correctly now.
