AMD Ryzen 7 5700G 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Radeon Graphics

Cant find a video card? Well find one Affordable? Get this processor and use the on board Graphics till you can or well not bother.

The included stock cooler is rather minimal, but gets the job done. Would have rather seen this paired with the Wraith Spire instead of the Wraith Stealth both for the better cooling and the cool looking led ring given the cost. The trade off of less cache, a monolithic design, and slower PCIE lanes well worth it for the integrated GPU vs the 5700x model for a low power no frills, yet capable desktop.

Browsing, transferring files, video/audio editing, this thing eats it all up with no issues or bottlenecks that Ive found. Came from a Ryzen 5 1600AF on my original system (A320) paired with a GTX 1060 6gb and that worked pretty well for me. Now I have this 5700G in concert with a RX 6700xt on a B550 chipset and it is a pretty significant improvement. I debated on the 5800x, but wanted to have integrated video capability as a backup without sacrificing too much in terms of performance.

I would recommend buying this if you need a PC built right now. Plays games at 1080p with a mix of medium and/or low settings with almost every game. Get a good cooler and a case with good airflow to hit all cores over 4Ghz when ever your programs need it. Easily upgrade with a graphics card in a couple years when prices settle to reasonable levels.

So I bought this processer for a budget land parties at my buddys house. Got it so I would not have to spend so much money on a graphics card. When I got it and put it in the system It was fine. About two days later the graphics started to show some distortion on the screen with means the onboard graphics are bad. I tried to restart it from the home screen on windows 10 pro. It just crashed the pc and locked up My other buddy also got a cpu from AMD and his had bent pins on it. Mine come with a broken fan cooler I hope this is just a bad batch of AMD CPUs. Veloce, ineccepibile ma... Scaldà molto. Sono passato da ventola stock a raffreddamento a liquido e devo dire che di estate riscalda bene il salotto.
