Got this as an upgrade over the 4c/4t ryzen 3 2200g, I was blown away by the 3700x, it had great single core performance and 8 cores with 16 threads meaning you can run as much as you want at the same time and this will cope just fine. Games with videos open have no effect on the game, unlike with my last CPU, its great in multi-core applications like video encoding where all the cores can be used, the performace increace is about 3.5x, so cant complain at all

Comes with thermal paste preapplied and a stock cooler, cuts costs if you are looking for efficiency in your budget. The only thing is Ryzens heat to scarey levels so make sure you have some good cooling in place if you are using it for gaming.

Got nice oc’ with low temps. I follow a Gide from linustechtips and I scored @4.25 at 50*c average temps with the Noctua nh14s p-p in à Corsair 275r.

Good packaging, fan included, uh, yeah its a CPU, I guess it works as it should so far.

Installed in first build and has worked without a hitch. Have not yet tried manual overclocking, but have been getting good performance from the system on everything Ive used it for to date.
