    7/15/2020 UPDATE: So regarding the whole offset voltage thing. It seems you may find mixed results. Yes the decreased voltage reduces heat. Reduce heat means higher potential clock right? Wrong.

    Needed an upgrade to play some of the latest games. this was perfect. However Im not sure if it was supposed to come with the brackets the cpu latches onto or not, but it didnt come with them so I had to dig around my other computer parts to find some. Either way still works/ its doing well.
