Upgraded from a Intel Core I5 6600k. This processor is amazing for gaming and productivity. For the price it is great! 10/10 would recommend.

Didnt have to do a thing. Motherboard booted just fine. Games play so much better.

I used this processor since October 2021 up until February 2023, it worked great, its power efficient, it performs relatively well in gaming and productivity.

I have no idea why this CPU didnt last, barely had it for a year, and now my entire pc wont boot. It just stays stuck like its in a sleeping mode or booting mode. Only way to turn the pc off, is to turn the switch off the psu.

Toasty chips again, lackluster performance compared to their higher tiered 5900x 5950x. Has been unavailable for too long to justify $300 price for a product nearly halfway through its life cycle. Bad value compared to prior series of CPU.
