This processor has brought my ageing pc bang up to date. Its quick, quite frugal on power and runs my Windows 10 machine very smoothly with little effort. It wasnt mega expensive and was certainly worth purchasing. I would easily recommend it.

If you grew up during the dark days of the intel monopoly then rejoice as salvation has finally arrived! 6 high performance cores, all unlocked, hyper threaded, and gaming ready! it might not be able to beat an intel cpu on raw FPS, however its 200$ less and actually has 2 extra cores on comparably priced chips!

I am using Linux Ubuntu Mate and Makulu Flash, both run very fast. I have enabled he Compiz effects in Ubuntu, and Makulu uses both Compiz and Emerald Themer with tons of themes. Many of them I never seen before in the past.
