so i got this cpu and was excited to move up from a 8350 which yes was a big move up. but sadly i had some mobo issues and ended up buying yet another mobo which is ok. now still to this day almost a year later after swapping many differnt parts i am pretty sure the criminal is this cpu . i cant OC my ram i have two seperate kits and both are on the list of compatability with this mobo ect. but for some reason they wont accept any OC even though they came rated for it. so this issue is this . the OC worked for like a month no problems and one day stopped working caused the system to be unstable so i checked the ram , system says rams fine which is cool. so i buy another kit does the same exact thing system becomes unstable wont even reach the boot screen again check this set all is green works fine. so now i have swapped ram and motherboard and gpu and power supply.... and hdds and ssds and several differnt installs of windows heck i even updated my mobo drivers.. so now it looks like its related to the cpu the last unreplaced part in this rig. only reason i would consider it is due to the fact that ryzen has a direct link to ram performance which leads me to think something is wrong with it boots just fine ect. but every now and again ill go to boot or restart my pc and i wont get my bios beep telling me everything is talking and working right so i am thinking the cpu might be faulty...but otherwise besides that it works fine so long as i dont attempt to OC ram which is sad because ryzen performance is directly link to just that ram speed. so i am missing out on performance which sucks...

Im unhappy with how my product came out of the box. I open it to install it onto my motherboard and the cooler has an issue. One of the screws has some gunk or glue or something in it so my screw driver isnt able to screw the cooler onto the motherboard.

Amd Ryzen kills it in price performance and your not spending 500 dollors on just two things I got my board and my cpu for around 230 dollars
