For the price it’s fantastic. I was looking for almost a janitorial dustpan the ones that open and close as you lift it off the ground but for normal use in a regular home setting. This does click the dustpan in position but it doesn’t flap easy to use gravity to move dust to bottom or back of dustpan. It could use a comb to comb out hairs on broom and things. But for what it is, it’s a great dustpan.

Works for intended purpose. Nothing falling apart, arrived without broken parts. Keeps me from bending over and kneeling down to sweep into dust pan. I just feel dumb for not thinking of getting one sooner.

Heavy duty and good size, can sweep in leaves out on patio area as well as use it indoors

this works great as a pooper scooper when you have a large dog

The dustpan arrived on time and was very easy to assemble. I used it along with a tall broom that I bought separately and it works perfectly.

This dustpan is durable and belongs in an industrial area but, not this one its mine.

Picks up very well

This Amazon commercial dustpan was very easy to put together in 60 seconds. The horizontal crossbar fits into the dustpan itself. The middle bar goes on the swivel part of the crossbar and the handle screws on. There are no instructions needed. There were a few complaints about the height of the dustpan. This item is functional arthritis friendly rotator cuff shoulder friendly as well as to the knees and joints of having to bend down to sweep. Love it! Bought because I cannot get on the floor, or bend over… just set it down and brush stuff into it.

I have to sweep from a walker chair. This works perfect for me. I cant bend over to use a regular dust pan, This is a god send for me.
