Assembly took less than 10 minutes. The materials arrived with no visible defects, and they were well packed in a box with foam end caps suspending the main shelf within the box. The assembled stand seems pretty solid. and the height is just about perfect for my 24 monitor. My monitor has tilt, but no height adjust, so a stand is nice to have. Additionally, it provides some space underneath for storage of desktop stuff like sticky notes, tape, stapler, etc. This stand could also be used as a floor stand for a desktop PC to keep it off the carpet.

Love this stand it is so sturdy and super easy to assemble.
