Now Im going to keep the review simple. I am a minimalist guy, yet I like finer things in life. I got this desk custom made to measure from the carpenter in teak wood. But I didnt know at that time that I would need bit of a more space on the desk to accommodate the console and my 12 year old laptop that I use purely for surfing the web and bit of office work. So started looking for a solution. Got to know theres a thing called a monitor riser nowadays ( yeah Im 40 years old btw). Now I wanted a particular finish that I had the desk in ie. rich walnut. Behold ye mighty amazon had exactly what i was looking for.

My laptop fit underneath and my monitor on top. Much easier to access. Decreased clutter on my desk.

I ordered this product for use as a phone and scanner stand. This will hold my office phone and scanner right next to each other. I still have room underneath to store things as well. Totally clears up space and allow me to use the phone without the cords in the way of my desk as well. It was super easy to assemble. You literally screw in 4 places the legs. The legs are super sturdy and you are provided with felt pads to put on the base of the legs to avoid scratching your desk. The wood is a nice color and doesnt show off lint or dirt like many dark woods do. Definitely worth the price. Might get another and replace my monitor stand so I can store my keyboard underneath!!
