> 24 hourThis is 5 star for most of you. Noise level is acceptable BUT this is going into a San Francisco Victorian with big windows and no screens and the side panels dont stretch that far. Unlike last summer, it hasnt been that 95 to 98 degree heat. Our buildings are mostly not air conditioned and window units are usually not an option. But hey...fans are good. Cool off the place at night and close the curtains during the day. I ended up buying two of these which nicely store under the bed. Very reasonable price. Hopefully they wont be needed that much.

> 24 hourIt works, it blows and sucks air. Be nice if the power cord was a little longer

> 24 hourLove the fact that you dont have to get up from bed in the middle of the night to turn it off thanks to the remote control and auto shut off feature. Temperature reading is off by 10 degrees higher when fan is off, but it auto adjust once the fan is on for some time.

> 24 hourThe fan blades themselves could be larger. They made the openings look big, but in the picture you can see they should be bigger. Id like more airflow and the bigger blades would help. That or higher RPM for the blades or more of a twist to the blades to push more air. Weve only used it one night so far. Otherwise, the build is reasonable, its light, the pull-out extensions are nice compared to the old clip-on style. It has a manual thermostat, and it works. Id actually prefer it without the thermostat so there would be fewer things that could fail. This is why I purchased a Non-Digital version, we had the electronics to haywire on another brand.

> 24 hourFan is a great fit in a window to remove air out, side slides made a exact fit. The thermostat shut of is exact to temperature so I dont need to keep a eye on fan. Remote makes it easy.

> 24 hourLiterally extracts smelly air from room! And definitely cools down the room when in fan mode!

> 24 hourWhat I liked about this fan is the the 2-fan design. It is easy to install in the window. What I really disliked about this fan is that it does not push out very much air. The quality of this fan in one word cheap. I should have been aware of this since it is an Amazon Basic product. This fan is very expensive for such a cheaply made product. I went ahead and returned this fan to Amazon. Went ahead and purchased the Genesis max.cool fan which is very similar with the 2 fan design and is much better quality with more features.

> 24 hourI like this fan. Had one like for many years, until it broke. The remote control also controls the other fan in the room. Which make it difficult to use, turn on one the other one turns off. Which was a surprise, the other fan did not come with a remote. The high level has no noise, which is great. However the medium and low settings have a very high pitch frequency.

> 24 hourInstalled it this morning and found two annoying things about it: 1) at the low and medium fan settings it emits an rather loud hum that makes me not want to use those two settings, and 2) it doesnt work all that well at the top of the window (upper sash) due to the control panel being slightly crowned and not on the same plane with the top of the unit. On HIGH the hum disappears but the fan noise is more than I would want on a regular basis. Overall an OK unit but not quite what I was hoping for.

> 24 hourI returned this window fan as the power was quite weak, even on high it barely moved any air. Not recommended.
