Adding a wall adapter power supply would likely be a tough squeeze so I wouldnt recommend it for an eSATA drive if it needs a wall adapter. 2.5 eSATA drives powered by USB should be fine.

Ill feel better when packing my external hard drive now. Im throwing in my business card as an ID in case of loss.

This is a very handy case. I keep the drive in it all the time. When the drive is attached to the computer I just unzip the case.

This case is the perfect fit for my Toshiba Canvio Connect 1TB Portable Hard Drive. Sturdy. I like the mesh net on the interior surface that holds the mini/usb cord; keeps it organized and prevents he plug-ends from scratching the surface of my hard drive. I like to be able to carry my hard drive in my purse, which is the main reason I purchased this. It is small enough to do so. This keeps my canvio from getting scratched up or dust in the plug receptacle in my purse. I like it so well I purchased a second one to give my father for his Canvio Hard Drive. He was happy to have it, which made me happy (!) Cant beat the quality or the price. The best choice I couldve made, imho.
