Amazon Basics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Case

Perfect size for my WD!

Well made and an exact fit for the My Passport storage drive. What more can you say. Amazon Basics has some really good stuff for the money. I always check them first when I am looking for a new item.

This fits my Western Digital WD My Passport 2TB Ultra AND my Seagate Backup Plus Slim 2TB. Its a little thicker so its especially designed for the WD My Passport. Construction and Zipper are sturdy and rugged. Other fancier cases have internal padding. This is just a hard textile shell with felt lining. I feel confident it helps with the bumps, but I wouldnt want to drop my case onto a tile floor. from 8 feet, maybe <5 it would be okay.

Cheap and built well. Worth the price in my opinion. Does what its intended to do. Amazon did a great job on this product.

WD 1T External hard drive fits perfectly in this case. I am getting a second one to keep my mini stereo speakers in. As I said, the case is hard, sturdy, durable, and it zips without problems, has a little holder for the chord too. Yup, I recommend this item. It will protect your external HD. Shipped lighting fast too. Amazon is a shop-without-hassles website. Whenever I need something, I shop at Amazon cause chances are I find something 60% cheaper than my local retailer.

This is a great case. Its lightweight, but still offers a solid shell for protection. I admittedly do not use it for a hard drive, but for small item travel case. It is constructed well and seems durable.

This gave my passport backup hard drive a good protective case. I feel if the drive was dropped on the ground this case would prevent it from being damaged.

Perfect case for preserving your external hard drive and making sure you never lose the wire (something I used to do all the time).
