Amazon Basics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Case

Basic case, looks good, holds WD My Passport Ultra and usb cord nicely. Not really padded, more for keeping it clean and slipping inside larger bag/backpack.

I have a number of AmazonBasics products. All well made and great price. This one will hold a gadget and a cord. Case has strap inside and a pocket. I use it for a voice recorder. Hard drive fits perfect. This is a great all around product.

This external hard drive case does its job well and for a much lower price than other options.

I measured my hard drives and bought two of these cases thinking they would fit my Seagate Backup Plus 1TB Portable External Hard Drive USB 3.0, but case is too short.

I bought this case to store my new Seagate Expansion 1TB Portable External hard drive (STBX1000101). Despite some reviews saying that this case is a tight fit for my particular Seagate drive, the one I got works perfectly. An elastic strap holds down the drive with about 1 cm of space all around. If anything the case could benefit from being a bit tighter. A mesh pocket on the other side is perfect for storing the USB cable.

I bought AmazonBasics Hard Carrying Case for My Passport Essential. Everything is as expected.

Fits the My Passport 1TB and the cord perfectly, I wish the case was more than just black as I keep in my a backpack and cant find it in the dark (for obvious reasons). I feel a hot pink wouldnt sell too well so I intend to toss something on the zipper to find it easily.
