> 3 dayI loved the look of these but after one trip on an airline, the checked back is so scratched up that it looks awful. Terribly disappointed at how easily the scratches show and of course the warranty doesn’t cover that.

> 3 dayThe bags hold well and roll well. They scuff right away during air travel as might be expected. I would consider a textured surface next time.

Greater than one weekIt seems that the protective plastic wrap on my carry on was put on before the external components were assembled. Cant get the plastic from under the trim, handle and bumpers.

> 3 dayWithin a few trips, the rubber on the carryon bag wheels came off. It is now harder to push. Their warranty requires it to be sent back to Germany. This is inconvenient and impractical for the customer.

> 3 dayReceived used product. Suitcases had scuff marks and the lock combinations had been changed from the factory preset. Reset button for the combination was broken and I was unable to change the combination. I am returning and will reorder hoping to get new suitcases next time.
