Disliked the packaging...placed in cardboard box, no plastic wrapping...was delivered on porch while raining...filters got wet

These were not very durable and super thick...which did not allow for proper airflow in my air return. Created an overheating issue. Sent back for a refund. Just know what type of filter your HVAC system needs.
