Really good for indoor running, despite many people using them as a lifestyle shoe. Helped me run a mile from 7:36 down to 5:09 with 3 months of training in them

I strictly use these for running/walking and they are very comfortable with great bouncy support. I am usually a 10 1/2 but adidas tend to run just a little big and a 10 fit just right since I had tried them on at the store.
