Recommend using as a general athletic shoe, not as a true running shoe. Compared to a true daily trainer running shoe, the support is definitely lacking and not up to the standard of what your find in any shoe in your local running store. On the flip side, its still far to rigid, with too much height and weight to be used as a minimalist/ free-running shoe.
