The computer showed up DOA would not even boot to windows.

im not going to comment specifically on the other towers but based on my interactions with acer support im going to assume this goes for all models and not just the one i bought.

I love the computer, Ive been using it for about 8 months with no major issues. I do have one really annoying problem where the caps lock and num lock messages are always shown and I cant find a way to turn it off.

My son says the volume get very loud and hes trying to see what he can do to lower it as its in the lowest setting. Bit over all is good.

Works fine for almost a week so far. The back of the case is sealed, so if you are going to upgrade your CPU cooler (by removing the backplate) and/or moving the motherboard around for whatever reason, youre going to have a really rough time.

This PC is absolutely amazing! I would recommend upgrading the stock rams and the CPU fan.

This thing is a power house but its as loud as a jet engine and gets damn hot too

It did power on when it arrived but froze within 24 hours and would not start back up. I combed the internet for a about 16 hours trying every solution I could find. Nothing worked. Called tech support and their recommendations were VERY VERY basic and were all things I tried in the first hour. Acer won’t warranty because it’s from Amazon. Got a best buy membership and had them take a look at it. They said it’s toast. They couldn’t get it to boot after replacing, cpu, ram, graphics card, basically everything but the motherboard. Really disappointed. Returned and praying for a refund soon
