Its annoying but the storage in the computer didnt work, this took a long time to figure out, and caused a lot of hassle. I ordered a new storage device that should work, but one has to wonder why they ship computers with defective memory?

You need a decent rig to game on, I mean go to college/work. You also can’t break the bank any more than the family has done so far.

This was a very exciting purchase and the fastest loading laptop Ive ever owned, until the Windows 11 upgrade. It would turn on and load almost without delay and the same with any game I ran on it from any of many online services and downloaded games. Once it upgraded itself to Windows 11, it crashed constantly trying to play any game, either online or downloaded games. After I tried a restore, I started getting the never ending reboot cycle and no matter what option I chose, when it would actually let me choose an option, it didnt help. My bad for not creating a restore on a USB drive as soon as I received it but its not a priority when youre setting your device up and have an NVMe drive , or so I thought. When I called the Predator Premium Service line that is supposedly 24/7 support, I got a voice mail box that was full. When I tried to call and order, and pay for, restore media, I got the same thing. I finally got through to a support agent who told me I would need to call their sales department to get the media, which I did and got the same message, you have reached a voice mail box that is full. Seemed like a great purchase until I unfortunately needed support which seems almost impossible to get from Acer, on a premium product that is supposed to have its own dedicated support group, which it does not.

This thing is super fast and even stays cool under load. The fan system is crazy and is quieter than any other gaming laptop I’ve ever had. The predator sense app is really intuitive and the keyboard lighting is insane. It’s also lighter than I expected. Definitely an improve over the hp omen laptop I had

Less than 3 months after delivery, laptop would not boot. Currently being serviced by Acer support. Not impressed that a new laptop has such poor components that fail in such short order.

Rather than list all the positives, Ill just list the negatives. Much shorter list.

So I received this laptop today, I set up email and Download one of my programs. Then shut it down, went to turn it back on 3 hours later and would not turn back on. Support say it needs repair, on a 3 hour old laptop... beware.

Great computer for traveling and gaming. Its a bit tricky to set the 3060/70/80 graphics card as the default instead of the built in Nvidia graphics chip, but at the end it all worked out.

La maquina esta completa, el envió sin problemas todo esta perfecto, es una excelente laptop con las especificaciones que indica la publicidad recién llegada a ECUADOR lastimosamente en mi pais esa laptop tiene un costo de un 50 porciento mas si la compro en local por eso estoy contento por la compra de Amazon me encanta esta maquina Calidad precio increible
