> 24 hourHad it 1 month, it broke. Called Acer and after trying to weasel out of the warranty they made me do troubleshooting and the troubleshooting broke it worse. Took 2 weeks for them to get it and fix it then they sent it back some stupid way so I can’t even go pick it up from FedEx until I call some special team that isn’t working today. useless laptop, useless company. Never buying an Acer product again. Ludicrous

Ive only had this for a few days, so this is mostly based on the strength of Acers performance on my last one. I will say its lightning fast and half the weight compared to my old one.
