This computer is exactly what my son wanted to be able to play online games. He is so on love with this computer

I bought this 2/2022, six months later and those bright white lines are appearing. I contacted Acer because, warranty. I’m dismayed that this is apparently a known “extra” included with their products. I’m an more dismayed that they expect me to pay for shipping this to Texas for repair. Why? Because this defect has been shipping from the manufacturer for years. Do Not Recommend. I’ll stick with Apple products as I have done for the past 23 years with zero issues.

Normalmente la batería dura unas 5 horas o menos, aunque nada mas vea vídeos, si esta encendida pero en modo de espera si dura 8 horas o mas pero la bateria se gasta también. Pero sigue siendo una buena laptop y cumple su funcion al momento de jugar con altos requisitos.

I sent my laptop for repair 3 times. First time it came back working for a little while. Second time it came back saying No Bootable Device. I called tech support to try and get it to boot up three times. On third time they said to send it in for repair. On this time it came back with a letter saying insects found and on repair paper said water damage. Its never been near any fluid or bugs. They refused to fix it. I then sent it to Asurion for repair. They inform me it has no hard drive. I call Acer and they try to tell me( now) that it didnt have a hard drove the second time I sent it in. I have not sent it to anyone else for repair but Acer prior to Asurion.

There is a lot to like about this gaming laptop.

Got for a steam gamer kids birthday. He was really happy with the hardware and design. So far its handled everything he can throw at it, performance wise. Setup and upgrades were very easy. Its heavy, but its huge and a great machine. The cooling system is kinda loud, but it works well to offset the heat produced. Definitely not a very portable laptop due to weight, but very sturdy and absolutely gorgeous. Really happy with the purchase.

Bought this for my son to game with. He loves it and uses multiple apps (Discord, Chrome, his games, etc) while he games and talks with his friends. He brags of this all the time. As an IT Professional for nearly 30 years I give this product my professional approval and recommendation to my clients to purchase it.

I know this is a gaming laptop but for a non-computer expert, I liked the price and it seemed that it would be able to do all that I needed it to do (store a ton of files and move through the internet quickly). Its a bigger laptop, but maybe thats because its for gaming? I like that it has the HDMI port in the back as well as the area to plug in for charging. With the way my desk is set up, this works nicely because it keeps cords out of the way. For what I use it for the computer seems to handle things quickly.

I have been needing a new laptop for a little while now as mine was a bit too out of date.
