Soooooo dissapointed. I finally pull the trigger on getting a gaming laptop and it doesnt work. It turned on once when i 1st plugged it in then auto shut off and hasnt turned on or charged again since. It wasnt even on 30min and all i was doing was lleaving it idle while using my phone to reset one of my passwords so i could use spotify on the laptop....the wall outlet works fine, have tried it with multiple things but the laptop wont turn on and the charger indicator isnt indicating...i logged into my microsoft already and now i cant even log out of it before i return it because it wont turn on. Also the refund takes at least 2 weeks.

Exactly what i was looking for.. great graphics, nice and fast for gaming and the price is just right. You won’t regret buying this

Was missing Solid State Drive only had a hard drive with 475GB. Aside from that everything else was included.

I love it it reads 64gb of ram perfectly and not to mention that it runs like a dream only down side by far is the battery life runs out fairly quickly but its what you get for having a gaming laptop you can get everything to run at the highest settings. Just dont expect to be crazy mobile if you are gaming but if you are just doing office stuff or school work from a full battery you will get quite some life out of it I love this product even with the flaw it has.

Sleek little laptop. Issues. The integrated graphics is the default so you must mess with power settings and drivers and the Nvidia control panel 3d settings to actually get the graphics card to work with games. Plenty of resources online. Must get drivers from Acer support not nvidia

This is a great computer. Im not necessarily a huge gamer but do partake at times but my kids are always playing something, setting up Steam was quick and it had no problems whatsoever running multiple advanced games with great graphics. It was easy to setup initially and lightning fast, well worth the $$$ I paid and I have no doubt this will give me many years of service like my last Acer laptop (still going strong nearly 10 years later).

Shopped around for months extremely pleased with this laptop. I play WOW and skyrim mostly and have had no issues. Only thing cant quite figure out is why it says my graphics card is out of date under WOW log in. IDK. Seems to run great to me. Thank you.

Seemed like a solid laptop, but had to return because any zooming on the track pad caused like an open windows waterfall effect, duping each window a dozen times. Tried to get product support, no luck. wanted to exchange because I got it on an amazing sale, no luck.

After being plugged all morning, the laptop was tuning off right after being unplugged. Bad Battery On Arrival
