Recibí la laptop en una caja de Amazon, al abrir la caja de amazon estaba la caja de la laptop con el sello violentado, cuando procedo a encender la laptop no enciende inclusive com el cargador conectado, el bombillo de cargado no prende. Estoy muy decepcionado, estaba esperando con ansias que llegara y viene dañada. Haciendo devolución el día de mañana, estoy muy decepcionado, espero amazon haga el reembolso lo más pronto posible.

Excelente equipo, sigue teniendo altas temperaturas pero ya no son un problema como en versiones anteriores del nitro 5

The keys are similar to the macbook air keys but they feel nice to press. If your looking to upgrade ram to 32gb, Id reccommend gettting a 32 gb ram card thats from crucial which is 3200mhz. The built in ram which is 16gb is actually 2 8 gb ram cards so you can take both of them out and put the 32 gig ram card in exchange for taking both of the 8 gigs out. Runs really nice on games like tf2 that youd have to get used to it coming from a mac user who used a mac for years haha. Fans are a lil louder than the mac but its fine. Speakers are on the bottom of the sides of the computer near but front of the keyboard but they arent great. Overall a great gaming laptop even if you dont game a lot like me.

The laptop was not turing on, however you a different charger of the same brand and it came on and is working fine now

It had a key missing, I returned it immediately. Money back, no problem with that.

Tenia miedo de que la laptop apareciera muerta al llegar (dead on arrival), pero se debe conectar bien el cargador en la parte de atras hasta que haga un sonido. La primera vez que la encendi, fue sin el cargador y funciono bien.

Excellent build quality, excellent performance (lower-mid range gaming, editing, browsing, etc,) good battery life, speakers are superior to the ones in the older model but not excellent, only downside judging by the fact that this is a recent model and the video below displaying a multi-colored rgb keyboard, I expected it to come as such, however it is solely red, which would be the color Id pick anyway, in any case its an all around great item, highly recommended.

Plays New World in almost the highest setting (tho it says that its below the recommended requirements for that game.) I had no problem but had to turn the fans on full (which is a little loud.)

had problems turning it on initially. if it fails to turn on during setup give it 15 minutes and try again. this is a day 1 bad mood review.
