My son is very happy using this at school.

So this was an amazing computer for about 2 weeks and now it is dead dead. No didnt drop it, break it, or do anything odd. It just wouldnt boot up. I have read the reviews where others say the same thing. Take heed. Go for something else!

Crashed every five minutes until I removed the corrupted SD card which kept trying to boot up Android operating system on the Chrome-system device. Works much better without the poison pill.

Bought this almost exactly one year ago. Suddenly it wont charge. Local computer repair store says the charging port is broken and cannot be replaced. Items page on Amazon has no mention of warranty other than to contact mfg. Acer website useless. Will definately not buy again and I encourage others to avoid similar problems.

I can’t connect the internet. Call xfinity to help me. We reset my modem. But still the laptop can’t connect.

We brought two of Avery Chromebook 311 Spin CP311 First week Dec 2020. As of the last week of July 2021 both computer batteries died within 5 days of each other. We thought it might been both charger. So we purchased new chargers. Both chargers worked on one computer but only if it was on the charger for more than 7 hours. A computer Tech said both Batteries are completely dead. This battery is not replaceable thru ACER you have to order online and they ship from oversee. It will take1.5 months to receive a battery. Battery cost $89. Do not buy.

This is a great chrome book for the price. I have a couple of Acer devices and I trust the company and the quality. I’m glad I got it.

It works great but is a little on the heavier side. Battery doesnt last very long. I had a Lenova touchscreen and like that better. This is not bad and was a good price but battery life isnt that good

Waste of time and money.

Switching from touch screen to keypad is the most unconventional thing ever. Very clumsy and difficult to manage. The programing kept glitching the very first day making it impossible to set anything up. Returned the same day I got!
