Unfortunately I have to give this one star but really it should be zero! I bought this for my daughter as her first laptop for Christmas. Imagine her face when she opened it and it was dirty, did not work at all, had stickers all over it, and completely damaged. So incredibly disappointing.

I like the camera because see very clear.

Honestly this is a steal, the processor is fast for web browsing and doing online hw, holds up well on Hulu/Netflix also YouTube , and long battery life, the resolution is fair but you get what you pay for, it’s a gray laptop for a college student or high school. I love the huge screen and how thin it is.

Bought this for my son, for his online high school classes. It’s perfect! Quick too. However, I bought mine on Walmart for $100 less.

Not worth the money. ITV stopped working after 3 months. I purchased insurance no response received. I am so disappointed.

Love the size. Does everything I need it to do. I did buy a wireless mouse because that is what I am use to.

Excelent product works great, great design and easy to use. Can work on it all day and the battery keeps goong.
