Love it so far. Texture and feel are very cool. Not really a high end gaming PC but it will play some stuff. Solid laptop.

There us one funny thing about the keyboard. The letters R and E are backward. Not a big deal.

This is a junk product. Already having to contact Acer Support for assistance. The display has already gone out and Ive only had it for 6 weeks. Im really surprised that Amazon would associate themselves with a garbage product. Although the price is really good, you are investing in a junk product and Id suggest looking elsewhere for a laptop.

en general cumple con las caracteristicas mencionadas, adicional trae una funda de regalo de la marca lo cual se agradece. tambien viene en idioma ingles, pero no es complicacion cambiarlo a español (mexico) quizas le resta un poco la configuracion del teclado, pero es pasable ya que muchos equipos de computo o tecnologicos su configuracion es en ingles. espero les sirva mi opinion

I love this computer dont get me wrong. Nothing has gone wrong with it except it started to be hard to open the labtop up. Slowing getting more and more tough to open the screen up. To the point I would hold it at the bottom of the screen when I could fit my finger in it. Then one day it broke open. I bought it on Amazon warehouse. Still under warranty because its not even a year old. BUT Amazon wouldnt refund my money, first the were going to thena week later they refused. Now I have to send it to Acer. I have to pay for the shipping and Then if they think its my fault well then I have to pay for the repair. I got this computer in July not even two months old this happened and the original purchase was injan. There are others that the same thing happened to. Just make sure you have a warranty and when it starts getting hard to open up take it in right away. Other than that I love the computer. The audio isnt too loud.abd I never tried out the wifi. Didnt even know it and with that. Just hope they dont screw me.

This laptop is fast and looks and feels better than I expected. Hopefully Windows 11 upgrades will harness the full power. Battery life is just about alright. Simple but powerful device overall.

I was pleasantly surprised by the screen quality. Advertised at 250 nits brightness, so I was concerned it may not be enough, but the screen resolution and brightness are fine. The build quality is solid; 16 GB onboard comparable in price to many 8GB systems. Well built. The enviornmental green pitch did not influence my decision to buy or keep. Being able to upgrade to 64GB RAM was a plus. Also I like the 2.8- 5.0 GHZ CPU much better than the Ryzen 7 8-core at 1.9 to 4.3. I would have bought this one in the first place instead of the HP Ryzen 7 that I sent back given what I know now. I am very happy with the quality, performance, price
