Computer shipped with a password requirement that wasn’t provided. Had to go on YouTube to learn how to reset. All working fine now. Free cloth wasn’t provided as the seller must have forgotten that it was listed. Wondering if I got a used computer as the paper work provided is wrinkled and torn. Overall I’m happy with the feel and screen.

During the first few months of me having this laptop. I have had no problems with it whatsoever. I did my research and it kept coming up as a popular and useful laptop to use my for college work. I am never buying a laptop online again becuase of less than a yea of use the hinges on the moniter have broken off apprarently from constant opening and closing of the laptop. That is the most poor and weak excuse I have ever heard from a company like Acer to make a laptop and not rule out this problem. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED IN THE LONG RUN.

Nice looking and light weight & fast operation! Ok Battery life as well. Screen is not very well seen during outdoor usage. Speakers are not well heard as the volume slots are on the bottom of this pc!(SPEAKER VOLUME STINKS!!!) Also it is very hard to tell when the caps are on as the cap button has no special marking or light that appears when the cap button is in the on mode. Over all function is well, but just a bit overpriced compared to some of the other options that are out there!

Its not a touchscreen. But love the laptop wish the battery lasted longer then 6 hours.

Only thing I dont like is the speakers are weak

Have had the Acer Aspire for 7 months and love it. There is nothing about it I dont like. I use it for personal use and use Zoom a lot. Have not been disappointed in my choice!
