I had this Acer Laptop for three weeks and everything seemed fine. Then one night I go to shut it off and it gives me the option to update it just prior to being shut off.

Our Acer laptop did not work properly when we got it. None of the USB ports worked. The first thing we had to do was call the help line and reload drivers. 6 weeks later it happened again. 6 weeks later it happened again and we had to send it to TX for repairs. They replaced the mother board - a major repair. It was a bad computer from the start but they wont reimburse the $58 we had to pay to ship there poorly made laptop back to them.

I received this laptop and was so disappointed with the display. The colors were muted, almost sepia. I tried numerous corrections, but couldnt fix it.

Seems to be a nice computer.

The USB C port is data only so it cant be used for a docking station. Thats my only complaint but I should have looked into that before purchasing.

Very fast equipment and a good price/quality ratio.

Great product for normal use.
