If I had know I would not have bought it with battery issues

Its kinda full hd but quality of picture is not good! Another huge issue is charger, not able to charge laptop at all.

Favorite laptop I’ve ever owned. Sadly the battery life isn’t fabulous, but the rest of it is absolutely amazing!

Plugged it in, added my programs and files, started getting battery warnings. I turned it off, left it plugged in. Turned it back on and it had not charged. Tried a different outlet, etc. Drained to zero. Returned. Had to return it with my files too. Fortunately the important things are password protected.

Soy ilustrador, Me encanta la laptop, los únicos puntos malos son la poca bateria, aun que uso el brillo al 100. Mi cargador tengo que estarlo moviendo a veces para que carge, ya que no entre bien a veces, la pluma no es buena para dibujar, requiere comprar una pluma wacom y son caras, los colores se ven un poco diferentes comparado con mis monitores benq de diseño, pero se puede calibrar y el sonido no es fuerte, las bocinas las tiene en la parte de abajo y hace que se obstruya el sonido cuando la sientas en la cama, en mi opinión es un mal diseño de poner las bocinas abajo, entiendo que es para el modo portátil, pero yo casi no lo uso, mi monitor tiene habilidad para cargar la laptop mediante usbc, pero la laptop no carga, se supone que debería en el thunderbolt pero no. Fuera de eso esta todo bien y la volvería a comprar sin duda alguna, es ligera y brillo, rapida, calidad de imagen, pantalla excelente.
