> 24 hourReceived product and the plug didnt fit into connector pin....Acer sent a different cord and that didnt fit either. The pin is misaligned; thus, it never turned on. Im sending it back for a refund - if this flaw got thru the QC process, what other anomaly is in the unit?.....really wanted to use this for recording, too.......

> 24 hourVery annoyed that by default its on integrated graphic option which is 1080p but the touch variant is 720p. Will likely return as i assumed they were all 1080p. WHO MAKES A $600 720p computer in 2021?

> 24 hourThis laptop was just what I wanted. My son helped my choose the right one. Being an older person, I dont know a lot about computers, but he knew what I do on a computer and decided this Acer would meet my needs. I have been very satisfied with it, meets my needs and Im sure more that I dont know about. Would recommend it highly.

> 24 hourNice entry level computer that does what I need it to do at home. I like the back lit keyboard. It processes graphics quite well, but Im not sure about its gaming capacity since I use it for mostly productivity items. A decent workhorse for the price.

> 24 hourIf I could put 0 stars I would. We bought this laptop for my daughter because we are still in throes of virtual schooling. It worked fine.. However, if I knew how difficult it would be to get the computer repaired I never would have bought it. The screen is no longer working. We took it to Best Buys computer repair to get it fixed but they said it was one of the Acer versions they are not allowed to repair so we would have to go through Acer customer service. I called Acer 10 days ago and they were nice enough but said I needed to call back a few days later because they were doing a system upgrade. My husband called 3 days later and they were still doing the upgrade. He was told they would call us when they were they could take our information. Six more days and nothing. This is ridiculous. Just an update - if I could give negative stars I would for Acer and its customer service. After I wrote the review above I called Acer again and after 2 hours on the phone they said they would send me expedited information to have the laptop repaired. I never received anything nor did their repair center ever call me as promised. If they just were not going to repair the laptop they should have said so or told me to take it to a repair shop and not wasted hours of my time and left my daughter without a laptop during virtual schooling for several weeks.
