The S version of windows means your apps need to go thru the Microsoft app gizmo. I cannot open commonplace non Microsoft apps. Buying this laptop was a mistake. I have excellent hearing but the volume is so soft I have to strain to listen to netflix. My last acer was2 ir 3 times louder. The speakers in this laptop are junk.

The laptop feels snappy at first, then just running Windows Defender scan rendered it unusable until the scan finished - CPU was at 100% during the scan.

I quickly needed a new laptop for work when my old one died, and I got this within a few days after ordering. Programs load quickly, and it does everything I need it to do.

No one feature is exceptional, but the amount of features/quality at the sub-400 price is impressive.

This was for my daughter. She.plays alot of online games and she wanted a gaming laptop like the $2000 one that she seen at bestbuy. I told her shes only 11 but I would try to find her one and was able to get this one for $1400 to $1500 cheaper. Overall she loves it. I love love that she loves it and so does my wallet. Again shes only 11 and I cant throw $2000 away due to the way she tends to handle things if you know what I mean.

I’m very annoyed. Bought this laptop on prime day. I used it once and already had to factory reset. I tried all of the trouble shooting trick none of which worked. Computer would not go past the sign in.
