The laptop was straight out of the box and stayed on a loop as it told me it was setting up. It had been setting up for 12 whole hours I talked to the seller who had a rude attitude and didnt address my problem and then told me I bought it with Amazon so I should consult Amazon. Do yourself a favor and dont buy this laptop.

I got this to play light games like the sims and Minecraft. While there isn’t a TON of internal space, there’s enough for what I want to do with it! It boots up insanely fast and the quality of the audio and video are great. Really good little machine for the price!

The specs on this laptop was exactly what I was looking for and the price was great. Unfortunately I couldn’t even setup the laptop. I would turn it on and it would freeze up. I couldn’t even get the operating system to load up and was unable to get past the Acer page. I’m worried if I get a replacement I will face the same issue. I don’t think I’ll purchase an Acer again since my first one was not a good experience.

It was difficult setting it up, but this is my first laptop so the problem could be me. The screen display is very good. Seems to be a good value for the price, I would recommend buying it.

This laptop has similar specs to my 6 or so year old gaming pc. It’s very light and sturdy I would buy it again

I had ssd failure, returned to Acer for repair. 1 TB SSD was defective. Acer replace 1TB SSD with 237 GB SSD and removed half of the memory. Acer stated they were third party parts. Bottom line I paid over $300 for the larger ssd and extra memory. I complained to Amazon. All the would do is offer a $150 credit, I agreed, then received an email stating credit could only be used on Amazon products. Again DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
