The computer is not working properly. It freezes. We can’t get the glitching to stop. It is horrible. We have had it 2 weeks. It is useless and we want to return it. Something this expensive should not be having theses issues.

Worked fine right out of the box. Performs basic functions well: Internet, streaming, running Microsoft Office, HDMI/VPN setup (for streaming foreign television stations). Its a very basic laptop, but thats all I needed, so Im quite pleased with it. The keyboard and trackpad work fine. It has the ports I needed (USB standard and USB C, HDMI, ethernet, sound jack). Its light. It boots up quickly. Decent battery life. Theres not much onboard storage, but if you store most of your material on a USB stick or on Google Drive, who cares? If I want to watch DVDs on it, I can plug in and use an external drive. Sound isnt very loud, but thats what external speakers are for. It came with some apps I didnt need, but it was easy to uninstall them. For four hundred bucks, its a great deal IMO. Ive had it a month and a half and have no complaints. Oh, and I like Windows 11. Its simple, intuitive and unintrusive. Better than 10, and of course so much better than Microsofts awul OSs (Vista and the 8s).

I have not even had the computer for a year and the screen and sound are faulty.

Given its price point it has performed very well. I have a couple concerns though. The mouse pad area is a bit tackier than I wanted so the finger doesnt slide easily. It makes cut/paste difficult. The screen/case side flexes more than I expected and concerns me that it might not be very resilient. As others have said the battery life isnt the best in the world but that was expected.
