Bought these because of Squatters Rights in Washington State. Unless your property is posted, they can move in when you are gone and it will cost thousands to get them out. Neighbor paid $50 k in attorneys, and two years to get them out of her house. It was destroyed. She cant afford to fix it and no one wants to buy it.
