> 3 dayI just used both parts to workout back. These are high quality gym equipment; the same you find in any commercial gym. The barbell base moves different degrees and can be easily set up underneath any heavy square base, or you can attach it to the floor by drilling two holes. You can do barbell rows for your back, landmines for shoulder and chest and legs. Highly recommended!

> 3 dayDidn’t fit on my rack but was able to screw it onto a wooden board. It was a must for my home gym. Works on my 2 inch barbell. The plus is the handle because I was able to use it for other exercises. Great product
