> 3 dayI have wasted quite a bit of this trying to get to the adhesive backing. The layers are so close together and I cant see where to pull off the backing. Then the felt part turns into a fluffy mess. It is very frustrating. It is also hard to cut through, and slightly too thick for what I need for support. When you can access the adhesive it does stick very well but it is very much a gamble if it will work or not.

> 3 dayThis has worked well to build up the arches in my shoes and I also stick it to the bottom of my feet on days Im not wearing my modified shoes. My arches had went from super high to completely flat within just a couple of months. I spend a lot of time out of my good shoes in the house or out gardening which left my feet unsupported much of the time. Being able to apply the pads directly to my feet has allowed me to wear my crappy garden shoes without giving up the support my feet need. I combine this 1/4 product with 1/8 foam to make a pad that varies in depth where I need more or less than 1/4 of support. Adhesive is strong and stays put in shoes for an extended period (havent had to replace any yet). It lasts all day attached to my foot unless my feet get soaked too many times in the garden. Adhesive does leave residue on skin that easily washes off with a little baby oil or alcohol (or whatever I have handy). The minute it takes to clean off is well worth the reduction in pain I get all day. The pads still seem sticky enough for another days use, but Ive never had them stay in place well to get another day of use out of them.

> 3 dayUsing this material to make a Metatarsal Pad under the foot as well as a U-pad for a callus. Glue is very sturdy and the quarter inch material can be stacked as need to support your needs. For me this was the best deal for the price. This works in the short-term.

> 3 dayThe package does not have the Aetna 900095 part number on it. Also it does not have the heavy carboard tube in the center like it used to. It is only about 3/16 thick and compresses very easily. It is also not quite 6 wide. It is more like 5 7/8 wide. It is very difficult to peel the backing off. This is not the same product it used to be. Either Aetna changed their product or this is just the wrong stuff being sold as 900095.

> 3 dayProduct worked great once I was able to remove the adhesive backing. Recommended by my foot doctor for the insoles of my shoes.

> 3 dayThe title of the product is WRONG. There is no adhesive. If needed for insole. I do not recommend. Will be requesting refund based on false advertisement of the product I received.

> 3 dayThis padding was awesome, perfect for the purpose I needed, which was a thick callus on right foot. Callus was too large for normal callus pads, and surgery to correct was not possible due to diabetes. I cut the pad in shape of foot, leaving a cut-out area for the callus. Within two months, the hard thick part was down to skin thickness. And there was absolutely no pain in walking from the first application. Roll lasted over three months, which made it less expensive than commercial pads.

> 3 dayThick, which is good. A bit of a struggle to cut through - maybe it is my scissors. Sticks fine. I throw it away and start over after I shower. Much more substantial than mole skin. You really can get the shoe away from a tender spot by surrounding that spot with the thick padding.
