I’m writing a review because I gave this a 5 star rating, but I don’t trust ratings without reviews (could be bots), so I figure you don’t either. I got this for my 2011 Honda Civic. It’s the correct part. This lets you change which vents the air comes out of. It is installed on the passenger side behind the glovebox. The other blend door lets you adjust how much hot or cold air you want. That’s a DIFFERENT PART than this and it is installed on the drivers side behind the steering wheel. Make sure you know which part you want before you buy. This part is for airflow, not temperature.

My ac wouldn’t not switch the vents until I changed the part now everything runs smooth

My little Civic has had issues with the AC/Heat damper controls for a while now. This part made the difference. Its not the easiest to install when you have fat hands but its worth it.

The product was exactly what I needed and I was pleased with the price I paid. It was also delivered 2 days early so that is also a plus!

Replacing this motor was challenging given the extremely tight work area (requires removal of glove box and the floor-vent diverter which sits in front of this motor), but it seems to work flawlessly so far. Good price, good part... Well see what fails first, the car (115,000 miles) or the part.
