The cartridge appears to work fine. However, I had some trouble installing. There are two things to remove prior to installing: A black plastic snap on cover and a tap with tape covering the print head. It was not clearly visable. I installed the cartridge without removing it and, obviously it would not print. I removed the cartridge, inspected it and did not see the cover, I reinstalled it and same result. I removed it again and then the cover had flipped up and became visable. I removed it and the cartridge worked fine.

I order the 62XL Black and Color ink Cartridge combo for my Ink Jet printer. It was delivered very fast. I put the cartridges in and did several test prints of pictures and type prints. The photos quality was excellent! I will definitely purchase again!!
