I was making several cornhole board sets earlier this year and wanted them to have a good smooth cut-out for the holes. This worked great and was easy to remove the plywood cut-out after making the hole. I made 4 sets and its still pretty sharp.

Absolute garbage. Wouldn’t cut through what I needed it to. Wouldn’t even cut through 1/4 inch plywood. And it broke during use on wood.

I bought this to put LED lights in a bathroom ceiling. it was a 1/2 plater 1/2 drywall ceiling. by the 3rd hole, this thing had very few teeth. glad I only needed it for 3 holes, but the last one I had to finish with a drywall blade.

My husband was pleasantly surprised and happy with all of the extra tool parts that came with this hole saw! It made the job much easier and we got the saw in 2 days time after ordering!

This item is dull and had difficulty cutting through sheetrock. One of the two locking pins broke while drilling the first hole.

This is a good hole saw. But unlike some of my other hole saws, it doesnt have a spring in the center that keeps the cut-out piece from getting stuck inside the hole saw. Thats the only reason I didnt rate it 5-stars.

I ordered this impulsively, thinking it would be perfect to use when I install my 6 LED lighting. However, I quickly realized that the size I actually needed is just slightly larger than 6. That said, I wont fault the saw for being a bit smaller than my personal need. The arbor is strong, as is the saw. I dont know how many cuts I will get before I feel its not sharp enough anymore but it works well for what it is for the time being!

I always lose hole saws but now keep them in a case next to the drill press.
