Direct replacement for my mower. 10mm socket and a screw driver was all I needed to replace it.

Fits exactly as the 10 year old part that mower came with. took about 1 hour to replace (includes disassembly time and time I took to clean everything while I was in there).

I ordered this part for my Harmony II HRR 216. The part number on the original cable was 54510 VG4 COOO. The part that I ordered seemed too long after I put it on. Then I realized they were two different parts but it works even though it seems too long. The part ordered was 54510 VG4 C01.

But I found it on Amazon with Prime shipping! It was a bit of a challenge to figure out how to install it. My wife calls me stubborn, I think of myself as someone who perseveres until the job is done. My 7 year old mower is back in action.
