I ordered this to refill my office printer but gave it four stars because the black refill bottle doesn’t seem to dispense properly, which is fairly irritating to take the bottle off and on to get the ink into the well. I haven’t tried the second bottle yet so there’s still hope it was just a defective bottle.

I rarely ever write a review. However, this is well worth it. I purchased this product to refill my home Epson printer. Refilling was super easy. But then my printer wouldnt print. Did something dry up? I received a note from this company and their Customer Service staff helped troubleshoot my non-printing issues. I felt they went above and beyond just filling the order. The nozzle didn’t fit into the hole on top of my printer. Spilled everywhere. What a mess!

Colors are super bright, and pictures come out great. This Inks are even better than the originals, in my opinion you should give it a try. You wont regret it, I promise.

I was always running out of cartridges at the most inconvenient times. With the refillable tanks, I can see how much ink is in the well and plan accordingly. I can refill the tanks, 4 times on what I spent on one set of cartridges. Highly recommend!
