Greater than one weekThese bands are fine honestly. The only issue is I developed a rash that my husband said was contact dermatitis, which I’ve literally never had in 36 years of life. I put the Apple band back on after not wearing it for a few days and I’ll just stick with that. These will probably be great for most people just not for me apparently. To be fair I’m susceptible to skin irritations and break out in hives due to stress or who knows what several times a year.
