These disks are more suited to havy materials as the disks are too thick and stiff to use on fine metals

I bought as a less expensive alternative to 3m and dedeco and liked thus option for the finer white ones but entirely dissapointing. Save your money go with the real things. These plastic pieces of junk arent worth it no matter how much cheaper. They dont do anything helpful on my jewelry whatsoever. Agh.

I like the product, they work great for polishing silver jewelry. There are 7 grits, but only 6 shafts. I sent an email to the seller asking why. This is their reply: “Hello, these shafts can be reused. After removing the polished disk, you can install a new disk.” I took off a star for lack of convenience . I ended up buying an additional shaft at a local store for $2. Add that to the price of this product.

These brushes are fantastic. We use them in our hand held rotary tool to finish sterling silver jewelry and it works beautifully for this. The light grey wheel gets the jewelry to *almost* a mirror polish, it essentially doesnt need a rouge buff/polishing compound after! Very noticeable grit differences among all the wheels, and they work well in succession to finish and polish. Have not used the two lowest grits, not necessary for our application yet, but the red wheel is great for getting out small holes, dings and scratches. Very happy, will repurchase once they wear out! Finished 2 rings and the wheels look barely used so they feel durable and seem to last. Of course they wear down with use, but in our experience hasnt been as fast as other rotary attachments weve tried so we cant be happier :) If only there was one more higher grit it would make this kit even better!

Forget about sandpaper, wire brushes or Brillo Pad type wheels. These are made from Polymer. They are tough, make little shave off debris and are flexible. I just started restoring vintage revolvers and happened on the Radial Bristle Discs here on Amazon as I was about to order more of the Brillo type attachments for my Dremel. The difference between these two technologies is simply amazing. The Radial Discs last 4 times as long as the others and do an excellent job at stripping to bare metal then working up the grit to a polish disc. Dont do this kind of work without them.

Good for some finish work on jewelry especially tight areas but doesn’t Polish silver. If you are looking for a mirror finish. This is not what you need.

I was super skeptical once these arrived, as other had mentioned, there was no discernible difference between grit levels w the different colors, and they just look like plastic discs… but decided what do I have to lose, so gave it a try since I’m too cheap to shell out the cash for the 3M ones. I had this little copper washer I had soldered a couple jump rings into, and didn’t pickle it cause I was just playing around when I made it and didn’t have my pickle pot set up. Anyway, so it had a lot of fire scale and such on it and some excess solder. I started w 600 grit cause that’s what I pulled out first… and surprisingly, it actually was doing something! Tho it did far less on the back of the piece, so I decided to test out the 80 grit one… sure enough, it wasted NO time blasting away the solder and fire scale. Totally solves that question- there is DEFINITELY a difference w the different colors, as expected, 600 grit didn’t do much cause it needed a stronger grit. I then worked my way up from the bottom as your actually suppose to and now it’s looking real good and shiny! Definitely still learning about technique and best way to hold it and the dremel so the piece doesn’t fly out of my hand but so far so good, I’m very pleased! Great value, good affordable price, and none of the pieces even look worn at all! Thank you!

I sent them back because I thought they were for a dremel. But I got them fast there were a lot of them and the looked good and they refunded (processed) my money the next day
